The Grand Tour investigates the forgotten and under-represented stories and sites of the Freistaat. With a speed of 160 km/h on the Autobahn, decaying industrial landscapes, sites of forgotten protest, Babylonian infrastructures, and unofficial monuments appear as blurry silhouettes - ghostly reminders of tragic histories and lost futures of the Freistaat. The photo series operates as a red thread through the book "Bayern München."
